The service at Hot Poppy is consistently brilliant. I think they could seriously benefit from a menu change however, the menu currently is very dated and there's just too much on it.

We are repeat customers and are never disappointed. They know how to serve a lovely soy coffee. Prices are good. As is service and the menu.

Awesome food!! Its not as busy during the week so it great to go down there and relax! Have a nice meal, read the paper and enjoy the beautiful view. Went there for dinner last week and loved it! the food and their coffee was the best.

I love the food at the Hot Poppy, they use top quality ingredients and have really interesting and creative specials, not the same old cafe menu. It can get busy on the weekends as it's a local institution. Very good coffee.

Have had great weekend breakfast and lunches here. The menu has alot of variety and everything is of excellent quality. Service is quick and polite. A fantastic cafe.

Perfect little place for brunch, well priced and speedy service. I've been there 3 times so far and every visit has been a pleasure. The location is great on a nice spring/summers morning.

Went here for brunch on Saturday and the food was awesome - great egg dishes with lots of chili going on - good for a casual meal.
