Been with Hotkey for longer than I can recall, about 10 years. In more recent times have encountered more problems. Especially with email. The latest of which has resulted in not receiving an email from an airline notifiying of a schedule change. As a result my family sat in an airport for a whole day. Unable to contact hotkey on the phone and are hanging up, telling me to call back later. Web site is providing FA information. I stuck with them the first time this happened but not this time. Account will be closed, that is if they ever take my call.

I've been with hotkey for about 7 yrs since TPG drove me crazy. Initially I was on dial up. With this they're great, they are local, everywhere... this means if you travel interstate you can give them a call and get a local number so you're not paying long distance rates! I've been on broadband for a few mths now and find the package I'm on more than satisfactory. They are very helpful and don't muck around. But, yes you have to struggle with the Indian accent. Otherwise, to get started, look up your local hotkey provider.
3 yrs later, I'm still with Hotkey. I find they've become a bit expensive, but the technical service is very good. I've also encountered a few Aussie's working there!
