I bought some ink cartridges for my Canon printer. They have a very clear website. Acknowledged my order same day. Receipt and despatch information on my email site the next day.
Order arrived quicker than expected.

At first I thought there had been a mistake with my order, but then realised they put together what I asked for in a different configuration (ended up the same amount in contents and price), which I thought was good (showed initiative).

Nightmare dealing with this company, I ordered particular cartriges and was sent wrong ones, rang asked them to exhange, the person who answered the phone was rude and arrogant, so I asked for the Manager. He refused to take call, and the phone operator said he would not call me back, so bad luck I've wasted over $100.

This must be the worst experience dealing with an online company that I have ever had.

I bought an old photo printer from st Vincents op shop for $10, it was obsolete, but this site had the printer cartridges. Very cheap, Fantastic online service, so you can speak directly to a person and get the correct product. Extremely fast and cheap delivery. Saved $23 buy buying through them rather than instore ie: Officeworks
