After getting several quotes from a few different companies, i picked a company to go with. I had not confirmed anything with House of Carpets, and they did not ring me after they did the quote. well do to miscommunication, their carpet layer turned up to lay some carpet. i then received an abusive phone call, stating that "it's customers like you that make a bloke broke". well i was disgusted by this behavour.
