Very pleased with Housekeeping WA and the service they provide in looking after the cleaning of my home and office. They provide great cleaners and are totally reliable who know what they are doing. I think that the voucher system is a smart way to operate which provides an easy way for me to manage the weekly cleaning thanks to Charlie and his team.

Initially called to arrange assistance with an end-of-lease clean, then was informed they could also help with the window cleaning, gutter cleaning & carpet steam cleaning.

I've been using Cath and the Housekeeping team for so long I can't even remember - well over a decade anyway! The teams are unfailingly great and you can ask for your favourite team as a regular. The couple currently coming to me are just lovely; so thorough, and they go about their business with a minimum of fuss. I'm always so delighted with the result.

There is no minimum period between cleans so I just have them once every three weeks and do a light clean of the main rooms myself in between, always knowing the whole house will get the full treatment at a regular interval.

I've had dealings with all of Cath's family over the years, and they are wonderful, helpful, respectful and kind people. Some people aren't keen on the prepaid voucher system but for me it works perfectly, and to use an agency instead of just a sole trader makes so much more sense because if anyone is sick, they can be replaced and you still get your clean done. Their rates are also competitive. Big thumbs up!!!

If I could give Housekeeping WA more than 5 stars I would. They are the best Family run cleaning agency in Perth and I have used a few over the years. Nothing is a problem for them when fitting in with our Family and our busy schedule, they certainly take out the hassle in always having consistent and reliably sourced cleaners
