Great Family Business that is incredibly helpful and totally trustworthy I highly recommend Housekeeping WA to look after your home

I contacted Housekeeping WA to have them clean our house on a regular fortnightly cycle. For a company that supplies a service, the administration was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I cancelled my booking because I do not want to receive cleaning from a company that cannot even attempt civility over the phone. I highly recommend NOT booking this cleaning company.

I had both positive and negative experiences with this service, but unfortunately the final experience was negative. Oskar and Charles were delightful to deal with, and Charles was very accommodating and did an excellent carpet cleaning job. He really knew his stuff. The cleaning in my residential property was very good, and the cleaners I had were really nice, lovely people. The cleaning in my commercial property was substandard. Unfortunately, when I expressed my concerns about this, the person I dealt with was very dismissive, and did not address my complaint. I have changed cleaning companies for my commercial premesis and am much happier.

I have just recently changed from a service that I used for 5 years and the service I have received as well as the cleaning is far superior. Love the job that you do, along with the wonderful service. Always the little things that make such a wonderful job. Love coming back to my beautifully cleaned house by such wonderful ladies.

Organising Charles through Housekeeping was extremely easy. My bathroom flooring had become very dirty and Charles with his equipment and know how did a fantastic job. I am always pleasantly surprised at the quality of work by Housekeeping and how good the house looks afterwards and find myself looking forward to cleaning day.

Set and forget is the best way I can describe Housekeeping WA started with the guys over 12 months ago and they just do a great job in cleaning and taking care of my home even when I am away I can be sure to come home to everything spic and span
