Hardly spent any time actually looking into issues or conducting a detailed inspection. Short one page report that covered only a portion of areas requested. Multiple ommissions and generalisations that they refused to quantify. Even claimed a poorly installed door was adequate until confronted with photographic evidence. Refused to correct errors and instead made multiple varied excuses.
