My family and friends have used Rezz as a place to gather together and have great food. Personalised service, pride in the satisfaction of their customers and the great food keeps us wanting to return there each time.

Have had my auto insurance with QBE for more than 5 years. No at fault claims in past 25 years of driving and Rating 1 with QBE since 2007. In November 2012 I get rear ended by a truck with my car being written off. Initial offer is ridiculously $3-5k less than similar cars on offer on carsales and carsguide sites. Please note it is a not at fault claim but QBE feel it is warranted that their customer end up out of pocket. 8 weeks later they increase offer and cars offered as comparisons have mileage between 50-110k whereas my car had less than 40k mileage. Conveniently ignored similar mileage cars on market in making assesments of value. 10 weeks post incident and still no sign of resolution. An insurance company is only as good as the cover they provide when you need it. QBE certainly does not offer you the protection you think you are paying for.

Bought my CX9 from here, Robert Valente(sales) was not pushy, gave me the details I needed, and was courteous throughout. Excellent service from sales manager (did not get the name) as well despite the stress he seemed to be under all the time. Some others not so helpful but then Mario who handed vehicle over to me restored my confidence.

Approximate cost: $60000

Requested an inspection with specific requirements in writing. Issues to be looked at provided in list format. Should have suspected something when they asked for payment in advance of report. Hardly spent any time actually looking into issues or conducting a detailed inspection. Short one page report that covered only a portion of areas requested. Multiple ommissions and generalisations that they refused to quantify. Even claimed a poorly installed door was adequate until confronted with photographic evidence. Refused to correct errors and instead made multiple varied excuses.
