It was an absolute delight to find someone that is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding my damaged wood concerns. Michael is a passionate and excellent craftsman. He explained the history of my furniture, the type and character of the wood, how to care and fix my stressful problem of wood damage. As someone who has little understanding of furniture restoration, I asked a lot of questions. Michael answered all my concerns in a respectful and simple fashion. I really appreciated this. Michael came out quickly to assess my damage, after I sent him pictures via my phone. He examined and resolved all my problems. It was a pleasure to talk to Michael regarding restoring my furniture.
