BEWARE USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL. Terrible customer service, they do not post your honest reviews, then they send you free magazine three monthly subscription links which do not work. The products take ages. Chat is useless, they do not care, only interested in taking your money.

Robert is a hairdressing genius.

This is my recent experience. I came into the hairdressing salon tired and stressed out from work. I was warmly welcomed and offered a light refreshment upon arrival. I mentioned to Robert my mobile was nearly flat. Then I was quickly offered a telephone charger. I relaxed in my comfortable chair and took in the lighting, lovely decor, salon features, space, tranquil music and a therapeutic fragrance. Shortly, I was cloaked up by Robert. Then I experienced a shampoo, conditioner and fusion of hair treatments within firm massaging strokes.

With a mirror, Robert showed me the back of my long hair. It had a lot of breakage. He was honest within the consultation process and took on my ideas. We collaborated towards transforming my lifeless hair.

As a passionate artisan, Robert was down to earth and would take whatever time was necessary to deliver an outstanding result. He listened to what I really wanted. Robert aimed to exceed my expectations. With his vast experience, and hairdressing knowledge, Robert's temperament displayed calmness. He was a perfectionist.

My versatile hairstyle would adapt to both creative and conservative styles for different occasions. Also, my hair would look good now, but would be even better several months later. He understood my hobbies, business networks and fashion tastes to model my personality into an amazing cut. I needed a versatile and signature award-winning haircut. He assessed my hair type, condition, facial shape, skin tone, colour preferences to the clothes I wear and motivations for the cut. He used quality and reasonably priced products to bring my hair back to life. He showed me my hair from the back and told me how much he would cut off. He asked me for my consent. Then he used precise and shape cutting-edge techniques.

After my cut, I was shown how my hair looked at the back. It looked thick, lush, satiny and healthy. My hair felt extremely soft. It framed my face perfectly. I looked a lot more youthful and current. Placed in confident hands, Robert made me look like a glamorous model who was ready for a vogue fashion shoot.

As a composer makes beautiful music, his technical brilliance and love for his craft translates into a special magical experience to behold. These experiences in life are extremely rare. Robert is indeed a precious jewel to cherish. This hairdressing master exceeded my expectations. I would not go to anyone else. Why change from perfection?

I had a very rusty barbecue on my patio. It was not been cleaned for a very long time. The BBQ was a terrible eyesore for me. Yet, my partner wanted the BBQ cleaned to cook our meals nightly. I contacted Kristoff. He came to our house. Kristoff. used his own power, water, cleaning & polishing agents. He took the grills trays out and cleaned all BBQ parts outside of the house. There was a solid white spider nest in my BBQ. Kristoff cleaned the four burner BBQ, degreased, cleaned the fuel stones, emptied the tray, etc. The BBQ was restored to a lovely clean state. The rusty cover was shiny. I was pleasantly pleased because it looked like a completely new BBQ. Kristoff cleaned my glass top oven also. The BBQ cleaning cost was reasonable. It took two hours but well worth it. Also Kristoff has a professional manner, and answered all my questions. I could not believe how good my BBQ looked. I cannot recommend Oven Perfect enough. Lastly my food looks tastes wonderful.

Michael is an exceptional furniture craftsman for Furniture Restoration & Repair, Antique Restoration & Repairs and/or Cabinetry Maker. It was an absolute delight to find someone that is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding my damaged wood concerns. Michael is a passionate and excellent craftsman. He explained the history of my furniture, the type and character of the wood, how to care and fix my stressful problem of wood damage. As someone who has little understanding of furniture restoration, I asked a lot of questions. Michael answered all my concerns in a respectful and simple fashion. I really appreciated this. Michael came out quickly to assess my damage, after I sent him pictures via my phone. He examined and resolved all my problems. It was a pleasure to talk to Michael regarding restoring my furniture. I highly recommend Michael. His service was reasonably priced and nothing seemed too hard. I will definitely use his services again.

afé has an excellent environment, whereby, the waiter was efficient and professional. My partner and I both had two coffees and eggs benedict. They coffee was at perfect strength and blend. The noticeable quality of the egg benedict was impressive. The ingredients were rich, tangy, buttery hollandaise sauce, on two organic eggs balanced on fresh spinach, ham on white toasted bread. Grilled mushroom were on the side. I was nicely full. This is the best eggs benedict I have ever tasted, considering I tried many cafes. I enjoyed this experience, and I mentioned that I appreciated organic ingredients used. I was told that they use as many organic products as possible. I will be back again, because it is a true gem. The total cost of the breakfast 2 coffees and 2 eggs benedict dishes was $40.00.

I look for excellent quality shoes for the best value for money. This store is an absolute MUST for any Shoe fashionistas. Today, I bought 4 pairs of excellent leather office shoes for $82.00. The original cost for all shoes were over $400. My feet issues are: broadness, fallen arches, shoe sizing is 10.5 and will take size 11 for comfort. One of my women's black stylish court shoes was originally valued at $129.00. Today, I went to the winter shoe sale. The pairs of shoes were reduced at $29 - $59 with orange labels on the boxes. Surprisingly, my shoes were reduced further at the checkout. I love hush puppies, neutraliser and the UK Clark brands. H /puppies and neutraliser are in Australian sizing, but the Clark sizing of 9 is equal to an Australian size 11. The customer service is brilliant and helpful. Range is good (i.e small sizes to women's size 12). Quality of leather is superb for casual, boots and formal shoes. I have experienced long lasting and comfortable shoes with these brands. Being extremely fussy, I refuse to go to shoemakers for anything. After visiting many factory outlets and shoe stores, this is the only place I go for shoes because it is the best. Also, I noticed men's shoes were reasonably priced.

I refuse to pay top prices for excellent berlei bras. Often, I get told that if you buy a bra, then the other bra you buy is free. So a $54.95 bra price is halved. I can do better! As a budget conscious consumer, I wish to pay no more than $15.00 per item. So, today, I conducted an extensive search to receive quality at a fraction of retail price.

I like letting people know that excellent places to purchase items exist in Melbourne and should be supported.

As a bulk buyer, I am not into updating every season. I choose the very best quality bras, which last for a while and free like I do not have a bra on. Yet, I know I am firmly supported.

Please accept these bras may be discontinued, but the quality is exactly the same as the more fashionable styles. I noticed a lot of bras within the range of 10 - 18 in single (a - e) and doubles in (a-d).

I picked up three black Berlei Soft Touch Underwire bras which were retailed for $49.95, marked down to $35.00, then discounted further to just to $10.00. These items were located in the $10 - 15.00 bras section. They are extremely comfortable. I spotted the Berlei full figure UW Body Blush (pink) bras normally retailed for $59.95 which were reduced to $15.00 was is a steal. Therefore, when you enter the large building I always ask the staff where the $10-$15 bras are? I am a big girl my bra size ranges from 16DD for stretchy bras to 18E. You will need to try the bras in their changing room because each cut differs.

The assistant was extremely helpful and fitted me. She even adjusted all my bra straps. She gave me a hint to sew under the buckle of the adjusted bra straps, so they would not move.

I asked her if there any long sleeved thermo tops, because I wanted to put something under my clothes so I did not want catch the flu. I was shown to these thin V neck lace, long tops and they looked great. I had to double check to see if they did make you warmer, and I am wearing it now. Yes, I definitely feel warmer in my very cold house. I bought my Jockey thermals for only $10.00 and normally retail for $39.95. They did come in black and white and in long and short sleeves. My long sleeve white thermo goes slightly past my hips.

My purchase incorporated 6 x Berlei bras for $75 and 2 x long sleeved Jockey Thermo tops (Luxi in Soft Cotton) which were black and white for $20. So instead of paying the retail price of $408.10, I only paid $95.00. I have to say this is the only place I go for these types of items.

Have you ever thought to try something different on a menu? Well, today I did. My choice was avocado and feta mash, and two poached eggs on multigrain toast and pesto sauce. The cost was $15.50 and $3.00 for an extra piece of small piece of toast, making it $18.50 and $4.00 for a small skinny cappuccino totalling $22.50.

A positive was an a person with a hearty appetite, it did fill me. Yet, I requested an extra piece of toast. The two small pieces of hard multigrain bread supported this fantastic lemony, avocado and feta mixture. It was absolutely scrumptious. I pivoted the two poached eggs upon my newly ordered multigrain piece of toast. The garnish of oil and pesto was scrapped into a large garnish line which compliment the elements on the plate. I enjoyed my meal.

The waiting staff were quite responsive and friendly. Yet, the chefs were peering over the serving area to see their patrons. I felt uncomfortable with this "big brother" household.

My coffee was quite strong, with a burnt chocolate taste in my mouth. The coffee was okay, but the cup size was average. Unfortunately, the bread was extremely hard when toasted. I was feebly told by the waitress that sour dough bread was available. It was about the same size; but, apparently thicker. Additionally, my choice was her favorite breakfast.

Unfortunately, while the environment and music are pleasant, the value of money is sadly lacking here. It is a place to be seen, is a comfortable and warm place in winter. I think my meal was overpriced, for what I received.

If you just like the "vibe", then it is the place for you. However, I wish to have a good breakfast with better variety for $18.50 which is possible elsewhere. If you want to indulge yourself, then the avocado mash is worth checking out.

I went on a week day. The building is not glamorous. If I did not see the sign on the outside pavement, I would have walked past it. However, when one enters into the first floor by a worn out looking lift, I was overwhelmed at the large selection of very reasonably priced leather items. It was quiet, but you have a large space to wonder in.

I picked up an excellent, long rectangular leather purse which easily grips into my hand. It was originally priced at $80 and paid only $40. The purse description includes over 16 cards holders, ample space for keys or mobile phone, money, two dollar pouches, had a pen clip and two more compartments. The quality of black leather was lovely and smooth. I noticed there a number of these purses in dark green, red, hot pink and purple which gave me choice.

The general choice of leather colours in the store are black, brown, electric blue, purples, dark green, emerald green, red, hot pink, tan, white. There were an excellent array of suede and leather jackets. A pretty soft pale mint green and pale pink suede jackets just above the knee were priced at $100 caught my eye.

Another bargain I picked up was a large corporate leather bag which was originally priced at $280.00. I saw the price tag of $60. I asked the shop attendant why the price was so low, if there was any damage on the item. He stated that the stock was older. Since, he had about four-five bags left in (black and dark brown). He wanted to get rid of old stock. Then I was offered another $10 off the price. Therefore, I only paid $50.

On the front of the black bag it had a nice long mobile rectangular telephone pocket. A large square pouch. The next section had a large document pouch, then a laptop pouch which incorporated two pockets and another pocket for one's purse. Then another large compartment on the back. The zips were of good quality, strong and unzipped easily. It had a strong bag strap which could be easily adjusted to comfortably fit on one's shoulder. It was perfect for work or an interview bag. The style was classic, which did not date. In short, the leather quality was exceptional.

I noticed large Pierre Cardin items reasonably prices. Long black leather belts for jeans were from $10-15 which were reasonable.

The shop attendant was friendly, helpful and very patient with me due to being a comparison shopper. I calculate nearly every item in a range. Additionally, I am extremely picky, but a practical shopper and hate being ripped off!

I asked another person if they sold leather cleaner. She told me that they did not sell leather polish; but, recommended a leather polish and Mr Sheen to polish my leather items. Apparently, Mr Sheen worked well for them. I thought what good advice and have used it. I was surprised it worked well with a soft cloth.

I have previously gone to numerous DFO's and was disappointed with their prices, even when they are on sale. As an avid eBay shopper, I could not find such bargains. I would recommend this factory outlet because it offers really good prices, excellent quality and customer service. This factory outlet has been the best for leather items for me. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
