I HAVE BEEN USEING THIS HUB FLORIST FOR YEARS, AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE FRESH FLOWERS AND SUCH LOW PRICES THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL

Just a quick update to let you know that I am not happy with the arrangement of large white roses my husband purchased for my birthday on Tuesday. The Saturday before the arrangement was due to be picked up, your young staff member called me and asked me if I wanted the roses boxed. This was my birthday present & it was meant to be a surprise! I told her to box them and then on Tuesday when my husband picked them up to surprise me, they were NOT boxed! They smelled like moth balls on the day and the day after. I called you twice on the Wednesday & you did not answer the phone. I have proof of the phone calls in my I Phone call history. They have not bloomed and the now smell like dead flowers, very disappointing! As you do not act on your fresh flower guarantee, you leave me with no option other than to advise everyone by word of mouth that your flowers are poor quality and your staff are unable to be discreet with their orders. As a local we purchase flowers at your shop on a regular basis, but these were even more special and as they were quite expensive one expects to receive fresh flowers and not ones that smell like moth balls and die within 3 days when they are kept in cold conditions. Not happy, will not be back & will spread the word.

I booked this florist to do my wedding flowers (approx. 4 years ago), and they called me 4 weeks before my wedding to tell me what they couldn't do them anymore due to the person going off on maternity leave - surely they knew this earlier! They also don't stock Happy Birthday ballons!! Poor service, and I refuse to buy flowers from there even though I walk past every weekend.

This Florist has been here for years and the flowers are very reasonable priced they have lovely arrangements starting at as little as $20. they are always very fresh and can be delivered if need be. the staff are very knowledgeable and will go out of there way for special orders.

Its not often that i use the florist and my knowledge of flowers isn't so great but i found the florist to be very helpful in finding me the right bunch of flowers to go with the occasion. The ladies down there know what they are doing and at a reasonable price its definetly one of the better florists around

A good place to go when you need a quality bunch of flowers at a reasonable cost. There is a large variety and staff are accommodating if you have special requests.

Great little florist that I always visit when looking for flowers. I can always get a nice simple bunch for under $10 or something a little more stylish for under $20. Lovely range of flowers available. Staff are always happy to help and have cards on sale at a great price that you can also purchase.
