Hungry Jacks

I went here on Sunday morning through the drive-through to get breakfast and was very disappointed with the service. I had to repeat my order twice before the employee on the speaker got it right, and then after I paid and received my food, some of it was missing. I went back around and told them what had happened, and when I went to the window for the second time, was offered a coffee, instead of the missing bacon & egg muffin. I should also add, at the time I was the only customer at the drive-through so it wasn't that they though they were serving someone else. The overall wait time was also far too long. This is the second time in as many months that I have received the wrong order from this takeway. On the plus side, the food was ok, although the bacon & egg muffins could have used some more sauce (they were a bit dry).

Has visited Hungry Jacks on numerous occasions and left disappointed! Food tastes like cardboard, staff are rude, manager is standing behind counter talking to staff like they are puppy dogs! Store was dirty and toilets were filthy.
