I went here on Sunday morning through the drive-through to get breakfast and was very disappointed with the service. I had to repeat my order twice before the employee on the speaker got it right, and then after I paid and received my food, some of it was missing. I went back around and told them what had happened, and when I went to the window for the second time, was offered a coffee, instead of the missing bacon & egg muffin. I should also add, at the time I was the only customer at the drive-through so it wasn't that they though they were serving someone else. The overall wait time was also far too long. This is the second time in as many months that I have received the wrong order from this takeway. On the plus side, the food was ok, although the bacon & egg muffins could have used some more sauce (they were a bit dry).

This is a great place to order pizza. The shop is quite spacious and very clean and there is plenty of parking available. I ordered a Bonanza pizza from here on the weekend and was impressed with the service I received. At the time, it was very busy, but nobody had to wait longer than about 1 minute to be served. The lady serving was very friendly and treated me as a top priority. The overall wait time for the pizza was very reasonable, especially considering how busy the store was, and the pizza was of a high quality. One thing I'll say about the Bonanza though, it doesn't seem very gourmet compared to other pizzas on the menu, but it was still very good. I would recommend this place if you feel like takeway pizza.

This store makes the best gourmet pizzas. I ordered a Reef & Beef from here on the weekend and it looked, smelt and tasted great. The actual size of the pizza is a bit smaller than other stores but they put so many more toppings on; you do get your money's worth. The store is clean and plenty of tables are available. The wait time was very reasonable and less than a lot of other pizza places in town. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great tasting and healthy takeway option.

We frequent this fish and chip shop often, as it is just around the corner and they offer the best battered chips in town, and pretty good crumbed fish too. The service is always friendly here and the waiting time is about 10-15 minutes, which is about the norm. The prices are quite good too, usually $6-7 for a decent sized price of sweetlip or cod.

I went here last night and was very pleased with the service I received. I used the drive-through and the person I spoke to was very efficient and accuracte with my order, even though I changed my mind twice. All the employees that I had to deal with (ordering, paying, receiving order) were friendly and polite and the meal I received was quite good. Could have put a little more salt on the chips, but other than that, very happy overall.

I went to this business looking to purchase a bottle of wine. The overall presentation of the store is very good, and the layout makes it easy to find what kind of alcohol you are looking for. The fine wine assistant that I spoke to was very knowledgable about the different kinds of wine and was able to determine what kind I would prefer. The only complaint I have about this store is that it took over 5 minutes of walking around the store before someone was available on the floor to assistant me (that wasns't working on the registers).

Visited this business yesterday and cannot fault them. Even though there was a line up, the two ladies serving were vey efficient and I only had to wait a couple of minutes. The store was laid out well to make the best use of the small space and was well kept and tidy. Customs service was quick and friendly, and I received a genuine farewell upon leaving.

Video Ezy has the best value of any DVD stores in the area. They always have specials on for normal members, and flash members (which I am) have access to even more and better deals. For the month of February, all new release hires were only $3.95 each or $2.95 for flash. The customer service is wonderful and you always leave the store feeling like a valued customer. The only complaint I have is that several times I have hired a DVD which was scratched badly enough to skip from halfway through the movie to the closing credits, but I have always received another copy to watch when this happens.

I always use the online ordering app for iphone when ordering from this business, and it is my new favourite way to order takeaway. It takes only a few minutes to order my pizzas and extras, I can take my time to customise my order so I get exactly what I want and I can pay for it online. The tracker lets me know exactly how long I have to wait. When I went in last night to pick up my pizza, I only had to wait about 2 minutes in store to be served (this is on cheap Tuesday night too) and the pizza was perfect.

Calliope Rural Traders offer a large range of agricultural supplies and livestock feed, as well as a dedicated Stihl shop. Very rarely have I ever gone there and not been able to find what I needed. The prices are a little bit higher than what you might find in Gladstone, but the convenience of not having to drive all the way to Gladstone makes up for the difference, which is usually not very great anyway. The staff are friendly, knowledgable about the products and build a real rapport with regulars; you are more than just another customer at this business. There are two entrances now, so access is twice as easy and for those with bigger vehicles and trailers, it is possible to drive right around the buildings so you dont have to try turning around or reversing out.
