The BEST fish and chips in Melbourne - God love em! Always busy but worth the wait. No view which is a shame because if they had a view this place would be double awesome.

Greg and his staff make you feel special, like you are the only ones that matter. If the know your name (or Not) the always say “HI” even if you are passing in the street. Greg has done an amazing job at creating a Fresh, Healthy menu for Fish & Chip.
Just about everything on the menu can be grilled if you want a healthier alternative to fried. From the fish to the calamari even skewers of prawns, scallops and an array of other seafood delights.
On a warm summers night you are lucky to get a table outside, but people are friendly and don't mind sharing tables with you. Because of this the place is bursting at the seams, queues out the door lots of chatter and laughter, lots of bums on seats, music and aroma fills the air.

By far the best fish and chip shop ever! I don't know what it is but everything is sensational at this place.

I always ask for the "Hunky Dory" pack with grilled flake. The spices they use on their grilled fish is sensational. The pack consists of fish of the day, 1 dim sim, 1 potato cake and chips for $9.90. I pay the extra $0.50 for grilled flake.

The staff are always vibrant and friendly and the place is always busy at lunchtime.

Delicious, always! Best seafood in Port Melbourne. The only takeaway seafood I'd feed to my children. We love their brown rice, and the people responsible for the quality. It's an awesome atmosphere. An Oyster bar, with seating indoors and out.. The place has spunk and it definitely 'RocKs'. In the past few years, not one bad meal! Open days til late.

Been here twice and it's now my favourite fish and chip shop in Melbourne. Staff were so nice to my family and the food is perfect. And I think it's actually quite healthy, I got grilled fish with brown rice and greek salad and chips and it tasted amazing. Busy both times but the staff seemed to have it under control, wait time was OK. We did end up spending more than we normally do for fish and chips night - but this is a case of you get what you pay for.

Both times when I have eaten here I have left happy. The chips: awesome! The fish: awesome! The tartar sauce that comes on a little shell: Awesome. The staff: Awesome. My visits were a year apart and the quality is still high upon returning! My favourite fish and chips in Melbourne!

I found this to be one of those stand out experiences. especially since the guy found out it was our first time he went all out to impress. its clean friendly fresh!!!! value and yummyyyyy
