Hi Emma, I will call to discuss as we were more than happy to refund you at any stage throughout. Unfortunately what you wanted to do was not able to be done within the regulations. We also advised you of what needed to be done. I feel this is extremely unfair because the solution we came up with could not be supplied by our supplier before the baby is due to arrive. Therefore we happily refunded your deposit so you could get the heater installed by someone who could supply a suitable alternative in the time frame you needed before your baby arrives. We wish you all the best when your new family arrives. There is nothing more important than family
