Recommend buying elsewhere. Held our deposit for a few months on the premise that they could install a fire for us, advised fire setup we were after was doable, only to find out the day before building work was scheduled to commence that the installer wouldn’t put it in. Alternate solution that was compromising what we wanted couldn’t be facilitated for 6 weeks. Alternate reputable business could make what we wanted happen and quickly, for a lower price.

Shambolic. Installation was a nightmare. I had to hire the scaffold for the installer. Took 3 attempts to install in double chimney. Shoddy cheap fascia plate siliconed in and they promised to fix the switch on the heater but noone has been here to city address. Dont use them.
Approximate cost: $7000

Hi Emma, I will call to discuss as we were more than happy to refund you at any stage throughout. Unfortunately what you wanted to do was not able to be done within the regulations. We also advised you of what needed to be done. I feel this is extremely unfair because the solution we came up with could not be supplied by our supplier before the baby is due to arrive. Therefore we happily refunded your deposit so you could get the heater installed by someone who could supply a suitable alternative in the time frame you needed before your baby arrives. We wish you all the best when your new family arrives. There is nothing more important than family
