I was there on March 2nd 2020. I can’t forget how bad it was. Scallops for entree. Boiled until hard little lumps about the size of a fingernail. Menu said in garlic butter. No garlic. Sauce was grey and ruined the salad. Main course half crayfish was not fresh. True. My Italian guest and I would have been better with fish’n chips or the local pub

Pros: Good size cray
Cons: A bit pricey, cray was double cooked so stringy, the waitress threw in a side of veggies and chips, however, at the time of billing we were asked to pay an extra $10 for it. We did not ask for it and argued this with her, but she kept lying threw her teeth saying we asked for it. Having rung up a bill of $222 I was disappointed at the deceptive service. Will not be going back.

What a find! This would have to be the freshest, tastiest takeaway fish and chips I've ever eaten! Their motto is "From our fleet to you" - and they certainly deliver. They have 8 fleets, and live tanks ensure supply fresh seafood all year. They have a variety of the freshest fish. I had pink ling, which was full of flavour and well cooked, and obviously really fresh. The staff were very friendly. They also have a restaurant upstairs, with fine dining. I'll have to go there next time we're in Stanley.
