This place is nice enough. they make very basic food, most of it being bought off premises and stored in the fridge so if your Frittata is a couple days old it tastes a bit like fridge, but their coffee is reasonably good and reasonably priced. It seems like the sort of place you'd take your mum on mother's day but if your young and social it is not happening

Approximate cost: $40.00

This is a nice place, it looks very pretty with the water feature and all the timber, however it just feels a little soulless especially for such a small town. The food is 9 times out of 10 satisfactory - not spectacular but nice enough. It is a good place to take elderly and low functioning special needs people as it is reasonably easy for then to navigate - use entrance to the side and rear of post office to enter cafe- as they can sit in the sunshine and enjoy the water fall If you are lucky enough Not to have Smokers near by. Smokers unfortunately are a BIG problem here, I took a whole star off because of it.

Approximate cost: $15.00 and Up

I agree about the smoking. I hate it too. I thought it was illegal to smoke under a roof?

Just had lunch at the Post Cafe with my partner and 5 year old son. The atmosphere, staff, food and coffee were absoulutely amazing. The nicest dining experience I have had in a long while. From the lovely gas fires burning to the comfortable seats to the cute little courtyard I would highly recommend all to try for yourselves. A huge thumbs up from me. My family and I will defenitly be returning time and time again.

Approximate cost: $15

Quick service when buying a coffee takeaway, sometimes a little slow when ordering table service. Food makes up for the delay though, always fresh and generous servings.

Great atmosphere. I have been here for breakfast and sat out the back in the courtyard near the waterfall. Meals were generous and staff were professional. Very serene and relaxing environment. Plenty of space (indoor and outdoor) and was quite busy with lots of different types of customers while we where there.

Often come her for breakfast. Food is generally very good, atmosphere is great in the summer because you can sit on the front veranda or the garden out the back. staff are welcoming.

Great for most (if not all) occasions- we just went for a family lunch, but could so imagine a nice quiet dinner with hubby. Out the back is a "hidden" area that would be amazing for a function. Inside is a cozy, yet spacious dining area. Food is good, sometimes have specials of "Parma & Pot", etc, so keep an eye out. Always seems to be something to look forward to (footy tipping, Chrissy in July, etc).

I love coming here- the ambiance is lovely. You can sit outside in the back area, next to the little water feature or dine inside. It's just so cozy and great for breakfast, lunch or just coffee and cake. The service is pretty good and the food is nice and at a reasonable price too.

Approximate cost: $15-$25
