This childcare centre is morally low. The biggest regret in my life was putting my 3 y.o in this place. She was quarantined (away from her friends) and shut out by staffs because they don't have the competency to answer my query. They play it on the little 3 y.o so that we would withdraw her, but what's worst is they timed it close to Xmas so we would lose the bond money when withdrawing 6 weeks prior to Xmas.
Hope this would help another parent.

Hi Mandy just wondered if you can tell me a bit more detail about your experience as my DD is having some issues at this pre school. And it would help a lot of parents too.
