After being a patient at this practice for over 30 years , my doctor Dr. Lees left I was told that I'm a new patient and couldn't see a doctor of my choice as the doctor I wanted to see was not taking "NEW PATIENTS" , I don't understand how or why after 30 years I'm classed as a "NEW PATIENT" . I was very upset and after reading in the waiting room that Hyde and Partners are not like walk in clinics , I disagree totally , I wanted my medical records but am told that I have to apply through freedom of information and the cost is $20 for a disc or $55 for a paper copy . So much for caring about my loyalty for 30 years .

Dr page and doctor neldner are very thorough and friendly doctors. Most times when you see them you have a bit of a wait because they are so thorough. There is always a long wait for appointments. So try and book early

A very busy doctor's surgery but its because they go over everything to get to the solution to your problem. They are fantastic with children also and make every effort for you to see your doctor at last minute. Very personal and friendly service.

Hyde and Partners provide good medical services. They are always willing to help with account if you have financial difficulties and the nurses there are very caring.
