Hypercuby were easy to deal with when determining what type of product we wanted and assisted in customising it to our needs. The kit was delivered in the timeframe specified. We were able to assemble the kit using the instructions and video provided. Very happy with the final product.
It is great to have my own office space, Hypercuby delivered the the office in kit form on time with no issues. I had the office constructed on site and have had no issues, fantastic product.
Hypercubby were easy to deal with and provided a good quality product and excellent service at an affordable price. They were willing to work with us on customisable options for the build and were very responsive throughout the process. There were no issues with delivery. We chose the DIY option and the instructions provided were thorough and easy to follow.

Love my hypercuby. Whilst there was a few bumps along the road (changes in contact points, delay in delivery, incomplete plans to construct) I love the end product and feel it's great value for money to add an additional loving area to your home. (Ps it's worth investigating alternate delivery options as I found someone near me saved roughly $2k doing this)

I do remember the events that complicated the delivery process. I think you needed to delay a bit so that you could cut down some trees that would impede a delivery truck. On another occasion you needed to delay delivery due to moving house. I suppose thats how life often is.
We are always looking out for better options on transportation. Its never easy to organize in your area as you are so far from any major city. We have established other options since your delivery and hopefully they will continue to improve for future customers.
With regard to the plans, we would be happy to discuss possible improvements with you. We have not had that feedback from other customers and would like a clearer picture of what went wrong.
I am so pleased that, after all of those delivery impediments that we both needed to deal with, you ended up with a building that you are so delighted with.
