Installed kitchen cupboards and redesigned kitchen for us. As it was only a small job and didn't involve the purchase of any appliances or bench tops, we had a lot of trouble getting someone to do it. I live in a first floor unit, in a large one bedroom property. As well as a balcony I have a small courtyard which is adjacent to the bathroom and kitchen. The project would be a minor extension too the bathroom building approximately 2 metres into the courtyard, a new area of approximately 8sqm. So some new walls will need to be built with a small roof with drainage. The reason for this extension would be to create a small study. There will also be some internal walls required, one to separate the study and another to separate the bedroom with the bedroom. I have marked the extension in red hatch.
