I've been going to this practice for 20 years or so.
The doctors are OK, sometimes they can be a bit dismissive but mostly they're good.
My issue is the receptionist, over the past 3 years they have been nothing but rude. I've experienced it myself and witnessed it on others. They are so condescending and blatantly rude to clients.
Also give yourself a good hour for your appointment, never been seen earlier than 45 minutes after my booking time. Oh and don't rely on receptionists to inform you of wait times or be understanding.

Have been coming here for about 6 months, haven't been very happy with most of the doctors there. They haven't really listened or cared much (especially if it's my first time seeing them). Reception also haven't been putting me with the same doctor/s so I meet a new one every time. Usually wait time is around 15-30 minutes as well, even if you make an appointment. All are very courteous but it seems very rushed and not thorough.

Great doctors, plenty of appointment times, never been kept waiting too long, friendly reception staff, bulk billing, and doctors who really care and listen. Will continue to use and highly recommend.

Well organised with personalised service. Appointment times are adhered to. The doctor I see goes out of his way to investigate everything in his surgery before sending me off to specialists. I se the same Dr every time & never have trouble getting the appt. They bulk bill.

Great friendly staff and doctors at this shopping centre medical centre. Conveniently located next to a Pharmacy. I have been visiting my doctor here for over 2 years and am happy with the service.
