I have Social Anxiety and sometimes have panic attacks. When my mum passed away earlier this year it got a lot worse and I was struggling to go to work and avoiding seeing my friends. I felt exhausted all the time and just wanted to sleep whenever I could. Since seeing Georgina I've learnt a few ways of calming myself down and just knowing that I can do that has helped me stay a lot calmer. I've been getting out more and my energy levels are much higher. I really enjoyed the sessions and always left feeling great, I hardly recognise the person I was a few weeks ago I feel more confident. I would definitely recommend seeing Georgina if you suffer from Anxiety.

My mum booked my sessions with Georgina because I'd been getting really stressed about school and didn't want to go. Since seeing her it's been heaps better. I still listen to the MP3 she gave me a lot as it helps me relax.

Georgina's ability to help me implement long lasting skills around mindfulness for stress management combined with her peaceful and relaxing approach made my treatment 100% successful. I would definitely recommend her for helping to overcome stress and anxiety.

I can highly recommend Georgina. She is very warm and professional and helped me work through some difficult stuff that I was still carrying around with me from my past.
She gave me lots of useful tools and techniques which I still use today whenever I feel anxious or overwhelmed.

I suffer from General Anxiety Disorder, when I went to see Georgina I was on the verge of quitting my job because I had to do presentations and the thought of them was giving me panic attacks and causing me to take time off. Seeing a psychologist in and off for years had helped a little but this time I knew I neede something that would make a real difference. Within a couple of sessions with Georgina I was feeling more in control of my anxiety than I've ever felt, I continued seeing Georgina for about 6 sessions all up and haven't had a panic attack since, my anxiety is lower than I ever remember, if I feel something is triggering me I know how to stop it getting out of hand. It really helped me a lot and I know that I'll do better at work and in my relationships now because I feel more calm and confident. If you're anxious definitely see Georgina, she was brilliant!

I saw Georgina at Hypfocus for weight loss. I booked the Virtual Gastric Band Program because I read her website and saw the free 30 minute assessment. After meeting her I booked the 4 sessions and found it really great. I've lost 9 kg's in 12 weeks without feeling like I'm on a diet, I've just made some changes to how big my portions are , stopped mindless eating and stopped drinking coke and juices, which I never thought I'd do! I'm walking every day now and enjoying it, that's a big change for me. I'd really recommend this program, it helped me understand my habits much better and feel more at ease about making changes. I really enjoyed the sessions and am going to go back every month for a while because I like the top up! I tried a lot of other diets in the past - doing this has been the best for me.

I saw Georgina at Hypfocus to get help with sleeping and work stress, was really helpful, learnt some good tips to help me sleep
