Speaking with Monika really helped me verify my thoughts to take action in what suits me best. I have no hesitation in recommending Monika as a wonderful neutral advisor. She has the ability to encourage you to realise what is most important to you and thereby give you the courage to act accordingly to make it happen.

Monika was very patient and understanding. She really took the time to listen, investigate and suggest things I had never thought about. Although I did feel that we were on the same wave length and she wasn't suggesting things that I knew I would never do. I always felt much calmer after talking to her and she made me put life in perspective.
We broke for Christmas and we are due to have a follow up session, I know she will always be there when I need to reach out but she has given me strategies that I can work on on my own.
The main problem was whenever I tried listening to her meditation I feel asleep, that is how soothing she is!

Monika managed to take my headspace from a deep dark place to a better one. She had to work with me weekly, then fortnightly for months. I started treatment within weeks and also had to wrap up a business and work out what to do with the kids & relationship issues. Monika was a gift. Our Company picked the right Counsellor to help us in times of stress. I haven't had to book an appointment for little while now, which I hope remains that way but wouldn't use anyone else if I needed.
