A couple of years ago, after a relationship ended I needed some direction and motivation. I saw Merydith's flyer for IB Coaching at a local library and thought I might give it a go. It was really helpful to get me back on track with my life, invest in myself and value myself again. It helped me to improve my health, diet, time management, goal setting skills and overall perspective.
