Other than the good location, nothing much going on..

Centrally located at Darling Harbour, the service is friendly and the price is reasonable (eg standard seasonal charge). The rooms are shoe box size, but its a place to lay your head. Was accessible via a Monorail stop (before it was taken down). Additional charges for Darling Harbour views.

Good service upon checking in and out. Small and efficient rooms, good views over Darling Harbour. Conveniently located, near shops and mono rail.

Very dissapointed with this hotel. Rooms are too small. Beds are very hard. Seems they like to put timber under the mattress. Not much selection at breakfast. Needs to be improved immensely.

Approximate cost: $400

Absolutely awful experience from check-in to getting back my 'deposit'! This hotel is the sludge on the feet of the ACCOR Chain! This is a one star (if lucky) property which I was unfortunate enough to be hosted in as part of a conference at the neighbouring Sydney Convention Centre. Firstly they take from you a $50 a night 'security deposit' up front - which wasn't refunded until TWO WEEKS after I departed!! There is no minibar, so why a 'security deposit'? Some poor African gentleman I checked in behind staying for a week had to fork out an extra $350 cash for his bond for his one week stay.

The website grandly exclaims that the hotel is recently refurbished, yet it is a very grungy, worn and tired hotel still. Also my room was paid for by me, and a few days later I received a call from the conference organisers asking me for money because they too had been charged for my stay!! Embarrassing.

A truly shocking and dreadful hotel.

Approximate cost: $155
