Upper Crust is a small friendly cafe it has takeway as well as an eat in section. The cafe has staff with special needs and they are all very good with the tasks they take on. They are under the leadership of able people who treat them with respect and encourage them in their work. Very friendly atmosphere where prices are very reasonable

Good efficient service although proprietor has a strong accent and hard to understand the price when asked. Very friendly and greeted us upon entering the shop. Specials clearly marked and bags all displayed nicely. Isles are clear and the shop is neat and well presented, and has lots and lots of bags to choose from.

Very friendly, kind and compassionate. All staff handle matters in a professional very empathetic manner. Lovely new premises giving a welcoming atmosphere.

Good friendly services, we get banners made there for the church and they all look very professional and we have never had a problem with errors or any other mistakes. The banners hang well and withstand all weather conditions.

Good friendly service. Lots of staff so not kept waiting (except to get scripts, but even this is fast and efficient. Only draw back is it sells lottery tickets and the same cashier is dealing with those customers and the chemist customers. Very friendly and helpful the the elderly.

Excellent service by all staff, vets and nurses. Care of our little dog has been great. They are very caring and you can tell all the staff have a love for animals. Offer good advice and are supportive of ongoing care.

Good service upon checking in and out. Small and efficient rooms, good views over Darling Harbour. Conveniently located, near shops and mono rail.

Good friendly services - we use the restaurant there and because of our Advantage Plus status, we receive a very good deal on our meals. It is very small dining area, not a great deal of ambience however, efficient and well cooked meals available.

Convenient parking available, good wide isles and a huge selection of groceries available. Good specials on display, large fruit and meat departments. However often waiting at the checkouts for 2 or 3 customers ahead.
