I Purchased hikvision cameras and NVR. Arrived on time. Prompt response to any question via email. minor issues with website tracking details, but resolved after a quick email. Would recommend and buy again.

After waiting 10 days for my order to arrive, I got an email stating
"We have just been advised from our warehouse that Line1 of your order is out of stock."
It took them 10 days to notice (I was expecting it to be here by now) and they don't even tell me what is out of stock!

Following initial advice from iCam I purchased a Hikvision IP camera for use on an Apple network (Apple Extreme, USB disk (using SMB), Mac computers and iPads). I had numerous difficulties with one camera; iCam provided a second unit. iCam continued to provide support even though Hikvision themselves could not guarantee that their product would work in this environment. The result is a fully working Hikvision IP camera with all live and recording functions working as intended, thanks entirely to the support from Mike and Seanna from iCam. Highly recommended.

We recently had 26 cameras installed on a 7 acre site in Nerang on the Gold Coast. Over the course of a week three staff from iCam were here installing them in a variety of different areas. They worked around our staff without a hassle, and each camera was installed in a very neat and tidy fashion. Once the install was finished they went through all of the functionality of the system and catered to all our needs. They were more than happy to add cameras and change positions that were listed on the quote and work with us to provide the solution we were after. I have had experience with other security camera providers and would recommend iCam above any other company I have dealt with.

The placement and type of cameras and recorder were discussed with me in sufficient detail but in easy-to-understand layman's terms, and the actual installation was done expertly. There was no mess, and the finished installation is extremely neat and of excellent quality. The guys are very polite and friendly. I recommend iCam highly for domestic cctv installation.
