Beware! Avoid Ice Design Online at all costs! Poor quality clothing, items do not look like the photos on their website...they send out cheap knock offs and the customer sevice was horrendous. I bought a black long sleeve top for about $30 and recieved a trashy second-hand looking top with no tags and a big white stain on the front. The material was terrible quality and not at all like it looked on the website. To make it worse, I contacted their customer service to inform them and received a series of emails having a go at me for spelling errors, saying it was none of my business and that I obviously didn't read their emails. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service in my life. My friend is a PR trainer and is using their emails as what not to do in customer service. If you want to read their emails contact me and I will send them to you. Save your money and buy your clothing at sheik or boohoo. Or even Kmart online would be better quality

Tried to get a refund for clothing quality not up to standard - snapped at by both sales assistant and marketing manager, told that their policy was no refund, store credit only, and it was clearly marked on the sales docket (which was put in bag with goods) - I was not todl this when I purchased the goods and the sales assistant, who made it clear that she was busy with other things, knew I was hesitant about the goods did not bother to inform me either. I sent an email into the company, received no response, so sent another one telling them how rude and unaccommodating they are. If these people want to stay in business, they need to start selling quality clothes instead of the badly made items made of rubbish material. The credit not eventually issued is clearly marked that it is good for only 12 months and if you lose it you have no recourse! Time these businesses got with the times and looked after customers instead of alienating them. I attempted to return the goods within 3 days - and then attempted to contact the comp[any. Rude salesperson, rude company!
