Professional, Cheap & Reliable Company. I would like to thank Danny for his prompt and professional service. My fridge motor wasn't working too well, called Danny up came out that evening had a look at the fridge and luckily had the right part in his van. Within half an hour my fridge was working like brand new. Would defiantly recommend Danny and his team.

Do not waste your money with these guys! I got two of my cold displays "repaired" and spent $2000 to also include a "warranty" to have them both break down after two months. I called them several times to get them to come out and fix it and about a month later they came out and charged me the call out fee and service fee again even though I have warranty on it which I wasn't too happy about but paid because I wasn't given a choice and just wanted my fridges to work. After one week they are completely gone again and are irreparable. I didn't ask them for a refund and have called them several times so that they could just write me a report to say that they are irreparable so that my insurance company can cover the cost of new displays, they have stalled me for over two weeks saying that you will get it today, tomorrow the day after, and still no email. I failed my council inspection because of them. Don't give them your hard earned money. I will be going to fair trading to get my money back.

Unless you want 1000% markup on parts don't bother! Get quote in writing as it dramatically increases when they get in your door! This whole industry is a wrought! Unfortunately it won't let me put a negative star and won't let me submit without one!

I would just love to say thank you for your professional service, we had Danny out himself very lovely guy told us the price upfront had no issues, fridge is working like new again, I will recommend to others trust me I was worried at first with the few bad reviews but I'm glad I tried Danny and his team for myself.

I just had ICECUBE Refrigeration come out to my restaurant earlier this week and can I just say I have never had such speedy and efficient service delivered before. I have had many bad experiences with having both my fridges and air cons repaired and ICECUBE refrigeration came out the same day as having called them. I received a check in phone call today from the technician just to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Great service guys!!

Fantastic service. Upon calling Icecube refrigeration I had a mechanic at my place and my fridge repaired within a short period of time. Great customer service was displayed and an explanation as to what was happening with the fridge was given to me. I have had no problems since. I had a great experience with Danny and his team, he came straight to our office to fix our fridge on the same day that we called. We definitely recommend him to everyone that is in need of any work with fridges cool rooms and more. No hesitations to use ice cube again we are very impressed with there friendly staff.

At 8am Monday, I called a service company and received a call back message. Then, seeing a 24hr service, I gave Icecube a call and was pleasantly surprised when I immediately had a response to service my GE fridge at lunch time. Danny and his mate arrived on time at noon. He knew what to look for with my fridge that was tripping up my RCD. It was comforting to see such experience. He described to me about the defrosting heater issue and fault isolated it using the thermo couple switch. In less than 10 minutes, he had found a blown defrost sensor. The price to replace it was reasonable! In another 10 minutes, the job was done! Thanks, Danny et al. The GE fridge is a great fridge and with it running now, I don't need to spend thousands on another fridge!
