Might not have the best house in the street but certainly have the best pool in the street ,Nothing comes close ,Looks fabulous,great service and even better price,I know you cant keep everyone happy but they kept us more than happy , We are still smiling and recommend them any day,

Save yourself the mistake of going with this company. Poor communication won't respond to calls and emails to discuss issues. Pool cracking steal exposed noot made to signed off on design. A ramp instead of a beach. No covers over Jets. Blue resin spray on outdoor furniture. Please go elsewhere

Ideal Pools are far from Ideal!!
Many defects and now not responding to emails.
They do not respond to any communication and do not accept any faults.
Depths of pool shallower than those in the contract - users hit the bottom when coming off the slide, slide was left unusable to finish was so rough it cut your bottom and legs opened.
Large cracks in the slide and the polyurethane finish is peeling off.
Skimmer box lid doesn't fit properly now broken and unsecurable.
Rock work colouring is fading very quickly. Janet, the after service contact is plain rude, was abbusive to my wife and refuses to accept any responsibility for the defects. The price may be cheap but it's not worth.
Ask any pool shops around as soon as you mention ideal pools the complaints are never ending it’s the same story take your money build a rubbish pool and will never respond or take responsibility this company should not be operating.

Do not build with them unless you want to end up dealing with court system.
