Ideal Pools are far from Ideal!!
Many defects and now not responding to emails.
Depths of pool shallower than those in the contract - users hit the bottom when coming off the slide.
Large cracks in the slide and the polyurethane finish is peeling off.
Pool light cables too short to service above the waterline and Pebble Crete/concrete covering lights.
Skimmer box lid doesn't fit properly now broken and unsecurable.
Rock work colouring is fading very quickly.
Borrowed my air compressor, destroyed it and never replaced.
Janet, the after service contact is plain rude, was abbusive to my wife and refuses to accept any responsibility for the defects. The price may be cheap but it's not worth the hassle.
