Super fast delivery, great stickers for labeling childrens containers, drink bottles etc. I found their iron on labels came off in the wash after a few washes but maybe I didn't apply them correctly?

Really smart business!!! They have a big variety of gifts etc. I ordered placemats with the childrens names on them and also school backpacks. They were prompt with the emails letting you know of your order placed. I will be using them again in the near future!!

I have always had a great experience with Identity Direct. My items arrive within a week and I am happy with the quality. My boys also received some placemats, crockery and cutlery as Christmas presents from my Dad. I really like the little knives and forks, they are the perfect size for little hands.

A great store for your personalized gifts for your children. I don't know about you but I love to personalize items as my name is quite rare. This is perfect for newborn baby gifts, young children and even some great items for the adults. Worth checking out. Couldn't rave enough about this company to my friends and family members, especially those few newborn bubs I have had to buy gifts for.

Difficult to rate this because some of their products are good, but some are the pits - cheap, shoddy rubbish that should not be for sale. Their customer service is appalling too. The licenced items are fine, I guess they have to be a certain standard. I ordered Christmas presents in October last year, which did not arrive until mid-December. One item wasn't there, marked as "on back order" on the invoice, but no explanation. I rang to enquire, to be told very offhandedly that the item wouldn't be arriving until mid-January. One of the items I received, a so-called child's touch lamp, was actually a push-lamp (you had to push on the top), and fell apart every time it was pushed - useless especially for a child. I demanded (and did get) my money back. I will be prepared to order licenced products from this store if I can't get them elsewhere, but nothing else.

Hi FEF, when you stated, â??Some products are good but some are the pits â?? cheap, shoddy rubbish that should not be for saleâ? you were completely accurate. As for your personal experience, according to the multitude of on-line complaints, it would appear that you are not alone with your dissatisfaction with the service offered. It would be nice if the business in question would read the complaints, address individual concerns and work toward improving the service element. However while people continue to purchase goods from them, I imagine there will be little incentive for them to improve. Having said this, to date, we have not personally experienced any negative issues. Regards, Reeces

The customer service is rude, patronizing and substandard. They clearly haven't heard "The customer is always right" and if your labels are wrong, don't expect them to be refunded or replaced as their "terms" are completely stitched up. Basically by clicking OK in your order you're giving them permission to offer no customer service. I will use another company instead in future. "Stuck on you" are much MUCH nicer to deal with and their products are better quality.

Please keep in mind that a companyâ??s â??policyâ?? or â??terms and conditionsâ?? never trump law and if any item is deemed â??faultyâ?? or â??not as describedâ?? then you are entitled to a full refund. This is the law! Unfortunately, far too many consumers â??couldnâ??t be botheredâ?? chasing up problematic issues and this inadvertently affects the rest of us. i always get heaps of Christmas presents here - stocking fillers and the like. recently bought a personalised baby blanket for my new born, i was really impressed at the quality, and the price only $14.95. i got some other thing for presents and so far the quality has been fantastic.
