good place to go if you are desperate for your groceries. the staff are helpful and the products are the same as anywhere else

A nice IGA. Some gourmet food, some over-priced produce, and decent service. For an IGA, you could definitely do worse.

The layout was a bit confusing - I found it hard to find things that I wanted, for example, bags of ice, cases of beer, even milk. The prices were as I expected for an IGA - more expensive than Coles and Woolies, but it is a smaller business. The girl at the checkout was very friendly though.

The staff are friendly & professional, they know where the items are located, they have a separate alcohol section so they can check if there are any underage people in the section.
The prices are reasonable, they also have some good specials in store that change weekly.
