Yummy delish food at its natural with no nasties added. Lots of GF options, dairy free etc, even have yummy little desserts. Hot foods of the day and lots of salads, rice balls etc - always something different to try - I def recommend!

My friend and I have eaten at IKU Wholefoods for nearly 5yrs now! We CHOOSE TO EAT CRUELTY FREE!!! NO ANIMAL HAS SUFFERED OR GIVEN ANY PART OF IT'S LIFE AT IKU WHOLEFOODS. We want to STUFF our faces FULL of HEALTHY ORGANIC NUTRITIOUS FOOD AND BE GUILT FREE!!!! and GUESS WHAT "YOU" CAN HERE! Try their variety on the menu and tempt yourself with delicious desserts - yummy!!! They are slowly getting rid of the soy in their products and replacing them with RICE, BUCKWHEAT, COCONUT ETC... ohlala we always grab a bag of goodies and take it to a movie or picinic. TIP: NORTH SYDNEY GREEN PLAZA although it lacks the eat-in style the freshness and hygiene is 10/10. The Neutral Bay store customer service is dissapointing - rather dull and attitude-like and VERY NOISY. We wish they would OPT FOR MELANIN PLATES rather than the heavy noisy crockery AND use BAMBOO takeaway containers and cutlery! Come on guys!!!
