Very welcoming, friendly staff, the ambience of the restaurant was what caught my attention...very family orientated restaurant...and a beautiful, delicious menu with an awesome selection from pizza to steak to oysters au natural...the steak meals we ordered were cooked perfectly and were received in a timely manner...the prices were a reflection of the quality received. They also have inhouse specials. We will go back to dine there anytime.

Approximate cost: $25 - $30

The old Il Ciccio's is BACK YEAH!!!!!!
i use to be regular at il Ciccios and it was one of our families favourite restaurant then once management changed so did everything else and we stop going. until last week when we heard that the original owners were back and the food tasted just as good if not better than before :))).

This business needs a good shaking up. We booked a table months in advance for our Christmas break up and found out 2 days before the event (we rang them they didn't bother to call us) that we would be stuck in the back of the room with no music (after being promised music). A joke of a business

Yes, the decor for this restaurant is outdated BUT personally, I don't care. I've been twice and will keep going back. The food is delicious (fettuccine carbonara was yum and their Aussie pizza was great also), their food is EXTREMELY well priced (there is a huge $10 menu option), the maitre d is lovely and they have $12 cocktails. I highly recommend this for those who want a good feed, good value and don't care about posh surrounds.

Approximate cost: $10-20

This restaurant has the authentic Italian vibe as soon as you walk through the door. We were dining as a group of 3 friends and were extremely surprised with the quality of $10 meals. We also ordered a seafood platter which we could not even finish. The quality was at the same level as those so called restaurants at docklands which change ownership every 3 months. We did feel that the seafood platter was a little expensive. However as we are all aware that for good food, it's always worth it!!!

Very dissapointed at this restaurant. I could have died if I ate the pink raw chicken that was server to me. When shown to the waiter it was returned for a different meal. In these circumstances you think management would have come accross and apoligised or taken somthing off the bill - not at all. We were a group of 12 people who all have nothing nice to say about our dining experience. Wait staff also seemed to want to be elsewhere.

It is unfortunate that after a very bad first impression (rips and holes in booth seating, a restroom door not locking) the night did not improve.
After waiting for an hour for our meals to arrive, we asked the waiter what was taking so long - Other guests had arrived and ordered after us and yet were already eating their meals. When our meals did finally arrive (15 minutes later) we were left extremely dissatisfied. Not only were the meals cold, one of them was not even what we had ordered. Staff did not make any mention of why the meals were so delayed, nor were any apologies made.
It would be assumed that such poor quality and service would be due to a full restaurant, or overworked/incompetent staff. The restaurant, however, was fairly empty.
I would not recommend this restaurant at all. In fact, if you are in the area and are feeling hungry, I would suggest the Hungry Jacks next door over this establishment.

This restaurant claims to specialise in italian cuisine yet have no gnocchi (one of the most popular italian pastas) and only 4-5 non interesting desserts such as chocolate mousse, crepes, panna cotta and tirimisu. They do not even have cakes!! The dessert menu is extremely limited. We also, asked for bread and got told they do not have any bread at all! We were very shocked when they returned with FOUR tiny crouton sized miniture bread biscuit like thingies. I would definately recommend they extend their menu, and make it more italian orientated. Also the decore and atmosphere needs improvement very much.
