I bought a Toyota Certified vehicle from Illawarra Toyota. Certified vehicles are meant to be the best of the best. Services up to date. If a service is due it is to be completed. A 90 point check is the be done & signed off on. 2 sets of keys etc. Service was 10,000 ks behind. 1 set of keys. Mismatched tyres. DO NOT BUY A TOYOTA CERTIFIED VEHICLE FROM ILLAWARRA TOYOTA.

Just like to thank Peter Freebody for his help in buying a Toyota. We brought a Toyota privately but had trouble understanding how to buy it with finance owing from a private sale. Although we did not buy a car directly from the Toyota dealership he spent time going through what we should ask for and how to get the best outcome.
Can't thank him enough. Next time in the market for a new car will be going directly to him.
Highly recommended as people like him are hard to find in this world.

Worst service experienced ever in car dealerships. Staff is not interested in helping customer at all. All they care is probably to sell the cars. They pretend they work, but instead sit infront the computer and chatting to each other, reffering customer to each other. Long wait on the phone, too many call transferring, promising to call back when number left, but never called back.
When talking about issue to branch manager, Mrs. Karen Trandafilu, no interest showed from her side to improve customer service at all.
When asked simple question about light blinking on dashboard, they immediately want to book service, instead of finding what actual question/ problem is !!!

My daughter took her Toyota Corolla in for a recall on the fuel pump, the car was running perfect going in, yet coming out the car was spluttering.
Took it back and told them the problem, they wanted $890to fix a problem that was not there before we went in there.
I suspect the mechanic got air in the fuel line.
He said the spark plugs and coil pack are faulty. The car was just serviced at a private mechanic and running perfect before these bosos touched the car!
Don’t trust them!

Do not ever give this business a holding deposit. They are thieves who will do anything lie cheat ignore you to avoid refunding it. We have been waiting over a month now and after pretending to lose our bank details are now ignoring our every attempt at communication.

i have bought a new car through these guys & all parts of the sale was handled professionally ,even up to when i received the car but when it comes to services, i would take it else wear
