Worse than centrelink
I called their 1300 number after reading their article on allergies to preservatives in common medications. They seemed very passionate about addressing this issue and even claimed they would assist by speaking with my GP. I don't think I have ever had a worse experience on the phone. And as someone who has had to deal regularly with Centrelink that is saying something. The woman was completely ignorant of the article on the website of the company she represented but worse she didn't care. I wasn't treated as a valuable potential customer but dismissed as a nuisance to be obstructed and got rid of. I could send a script in and hope for the best but she seemed to think it unlikely my issue would be worth their precious time. Very disappointing as was the response to my email complaint, a form email and a flood of advertising.
Do not ever give this business a holding deposit. They are thieves who will do anything lie cheat ignore you to avoid refunding it. We have been waiting over a month now and after pretending to lose our bank details are now ignoring our every attempt at communication.
