We recently installed pleated fly screens in our townhouse supplied and installed by Illusion. My first contact with Illusion was Margaret who explained our options and was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Illusion was very friendly and accommodating on the service side and we are thrilled with our choice of pleated fly screens. They are unobtrusive and discreet and hide away out of sight when not in use. Installation was a speedy and friendly service and I would recommend their service and product.
