It was my first time visiting and it was a lovely experience. I am not very confident when getting my hair done and I was made to feel very welcome and didn't feel looked down upon because of the state my hair was in. the staff where very friendly and understanding. I had a cut and colour as well as treatment it was very well priced . The colour was pretty much spot on I wish i decided to go lighter but will next time I visit.
