Imagination Development (Dale Burrows) built our first new home. We are very impressed the job he done. He took a lot of stress away from us to dealing with councils. Dealing with councils was nightmare. I think he is in this industry for long time , so he is full of knowledge . He won't pass any dodgy work. Everything should be match with Australian standards and he won't do any illegal work either. He is very straight to the line. He has great tready contrators crew , which they are very respectful . He love to talk about footy. I think he is Carlton supporter , because he give our son some footy jumper.
We were very impressed.

Now he building our two doors away relatives unit.

I would not recommend Dale Burrows and back up the previous negative reviews about communication, work ethic, reliability and ability to complete even first stage works. He struggles to put a written sentence together.

I consider D.B. to be totally dishonest and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid at all costs is my recommendation and if you do deal with him pay a solicitor to read over and amend the contracts, especially on time penalties. Do not assume the VBA or VCAT will help you if this guy acts in bad faith
