In terms of purchasing I'm am always looked after.

It was very convenient as the photography booth was located in the shopping mall. There is no pressure or obligation to buy the photographs. The staff are all very friendly. I really liked Kathleen who presented the photos. She was very approachable and friendly. I am very happy with the photos, they are so precious! They accomodate for different budgets and also offer interest free laybuy.

Becouse they continue to produce amazing pictures of my son I can not fault them they are helpful and do what they can to help you have you pictures and the staff are just beautiful and fantastic with the children

It was convenient at the time and place I was spotted. It's not ideal to have the photographer's be the ones to select what they believe to be the best photos or most desired for the buyer as each parent and child share a bond and certain faces or expressions their child make may look like one emotion to the photographer however to the parent brings love for they show the same emotion and expressitions as their kin. Catching those moments are remarkable and cannot be done by a photographer whom doesn't know the family personally .
The price is about out of this world dear but so is everything relating to newborn treasures.
I did like the range of outfits that were available to choose from and the staff were very helpful in finding the most adorable outfit for every child, this was a concern of mine at the time that they sure put to bed:)
However it's also annoying considering the price that you don't even receive such items in the package till after the payment had been done. I understand but perhaps there is a better way to execute the transaction other than the customer whom forks out close to a grand for photos we don't get to select ourselves wait an entire year!! Remember!n and not loose the documentation!!

The merchandise such as the mug and key chains are pretty bad qualiyy and cheap . I had used the mug not more than maybe 4 times and places my mug of coffee down after a sip onto my kitchen table as I always do and the bottom chipped...all of the key chains as expected broke almost immediately .. wouldn't last more than a day or two before it were to snap off and get lost .. .
Staff good , service good but the lack of control and opinion of merchandise is very very limited

the photographer and her assistant were amazing they got my son to light up. He really enjoyed himself and it showed in the amazing photos that were captured. The free photo as well as the magnet, key ring and mug which I purchased on the day of the shoot were great.
I would have love to get some more photos with my other child as well but it was out of my budget. Sherree was very helpful and went through all my options. After FaceTime with my husband we knew we love the photos and purchased some to take home. I was also in a rush and Sherree was very understanding and processed my order very promptly.
