Recently had our fence replaced. Initial contact was pleasant and stood out over the other quotes, however...The communication was almost non existent from quote to day of, during the two days the owner of the business was grumpy and reckless.
Avoidable damage to our property occurred, established medium sized plants were ran over and killed and edging was broken up. Whilst there was an apology we were accused it was out own fault somehow. Tried to invoice us extra than was quoted but never mentioned prior. Said would pay for the damage, never did. Would not recommend, extremely unprofessional.

I had to replace a fence because of storm damage. The quote was high for a 21m fence. But when they used a bobcat to tear down the old fence, they were not careful and it broke my concrete paving behind the fence. They also hit my water piping and broke it. Although they finished the work on schedule and it looked neat, they did not bother to fix the broken piping nor the paving. The broken piping leaked and my whole garden was flooded. The broken paving has left a large gap between the new fence and my retaining wall. They are very very reluctant to take responsibility - very amateurish in their business dealing.
