I have been here approx five times, and had a great experience every time. They aren't pushy on the products at all (in fact I never bought any from them), and I got some really great hair up-do's by Amy for special occasions. The prices were fairly standard - not overly cheap and not overly expensive. The salon is decked out very nicely out the front, but out the back its more basic (but you only see that if you need to lose the loo!). I don't think they had massage chairs when I went there last, but I wasn't going there to get a massage... :)
