Write a reviewThis guy acted super excited. Asked for $300 upfront for materials. Dropped 50 bucks worth of sand and six bags of cement then found a problem with a metal angle the waterproofer put in. I had that fixed in a few days, he said he would return 'next available day and then vanished. Would not return calls. Called from a different number, he said he changed jobs. I asked for a return of some of the money, he responded it was his call out fee.
