I purchased a Toilet Seat Riser from here via ebay in Sep. 2017 while I was impressed with the service after installing seat a crack appeared at the back of seat. Emailed them with photos and explanation sent twice but no reply. Still using and have put some Glue On it

I wanted to share my experience when I bought a mobility scooter from Independent Living Specialists. I was able to get a lot of information from the website, it’s really informative and that’s where I found out that there was a great promotion for pride mobility scooters where you get a free mobility pack that was worth $309 along with a purchase. The online purchase was really easy (I had bought from ILS before for some daily living aids for my grandmother). However, I wanted to test drive the mobility scooters before buying so I made my way to the Lane Cove showroom on a Saturday and was able to test drive them to make sure it’ll be the best mobility solution for my grandmother. I was really happy with the staff who let me try out a few options and were very helpful with my questions. I ordered the one I liked there and then and requested delivery. The delivery crew were great!
