Not only did they offer enough and more support online, going through various suggestions based on her requirements and lifestyle, and also her weight and height requirements so that everything is looked into, the time spent on live chat and then later on the phone to inform us that we could come in the Lane Cove ILS showroom and have a look and test out the comfort of our solutions before purchasing was really really great.
