Where do I begin.. I have had 3 treatments at Indira Massage and Beauty & I always walk out thinking maybe the Beauty Therapist is having a bad day, well 3 times now.. For one their is a 'staff' member who has not completed their beauty certificate but still completes their treatments on clients. i'm sorry but I pay good money for good treatments, not for a so called 'Beauty Therapist' to complete a treatment on me 'assuming' therapist knows what this person is doing. secondly.. I have had a tan.. left streaky and patchy.. which took nearly 30 mins when a tan is supposed to take 15. I have had a massage.. pressure was soft and at times unrelaxing.. I have had waxing and had wax left on me.. been bruised.. and left with redness. It has gone down hill since management changed. But on a good note, their are 2 young girls.. who are extremely friendly, understand and are very professional. Been their once when these girls were their on a Saturday in August. I'm sorry Indira Massage and Beauty but you have lost a good client! :(

Had a spray tan thinking can't go wrong, also asked for someone experienced & the last I got had no idea what staff was doing. staff had to wipe the tan off on the backs of my legs and start over about 3 times!! Staff was spraying so close that the tan was running down my body,I had to direct staff in what to do & how I should stand! Went home & washed off, worst job ever! Plus staff took no responsibility & tried to blame it all on the gun & it def wasn't the gun! I will never go back not even if i'mdesperate!!!
