Our gas hot water system failed four weeks ago.Again extensive research about replacement. Alinta informed us about the heat pump hot water system and told us that they had had good reports about Infinite Energy who were supplying and fitting them.

I purchased a Solar panels system from these guys in August. Very professional outfit - the salesman was very helpful (we had a very tricky roof) and we ended up getting a good quality German Q-Cells / SMA system.

Over a period of several weeks Infinite Energy provided me with a number of quotes for solar system, as I was in the process of determining the system best suited to my needs. They were happy to amend details and were prompt in supplying details and answering questions. We scheduled a home visit and the representative was on time and came prepared with the necessary documents.
The installation was arranged at a mutually suitable time; the tradesmen were on time and id a first-class job, including clearing up all packaging and scrap materials.
The system is working as described and I'm very pleased with the entire process.

They did not try to sell me something beyond my requirements, I found a system suited to my budget, needs and goals. I was able to see from their calculations exactly how much money I'd be saving and the amount of time to recoup my investment in solar energy. The install team arrived on time, and the work was performed on schedule. They even visited me after the install to check that everything was performing as promised.
