I stayed at the Sebal and ate at Infuzions Restaurant. The food was devine I had Lamb Duo, 2 Point lamb rack, slow braised pulled lamb shoulder served on baby summer vegetables with a hunter shiraz glaze.... Went down nicely with the Hunter Valley Tyrells Moore's Creek Sauvignon Blanc. I chose to sit outside overlooking the garden. The view equaled the food. Highly recommended.
